The Delhi High Court reserved on Wednesday its order on Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s pleas challenging his arrest by the CBI in the excise policy case and seeking interim bail. The high court will hear CBI’s arguments on Kejriwal’s bail plea on July 29th.
Kejriwal was arrested by the CBI on June 26 from Tihar Jail, where he is still lodged in judicial custody in a connected money laundering case filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
