Janhvi Kapoor captivated audiences by dropping the trailer for her much-anticipated film Ulajh. The trailer quickly garnered widespread admiration from fans, friends, and family alike. Her beau Shikhar Pahariya, brother Arjun Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, sisters Rhea Kapoor, and Anshula Kapoor all were spellbound after watching the trailer and have showered their excitement and love for Janhvi and her upcoming espionage thriller.

Janhvi plays the role of Suhana Bhatia, who is appointed as India’s youngest deputy high commissioner in Indian Foreign Services. The people around her believe that she only secured the position because of “nepotism.” As she tackles the challenges of her high-stakes job, she’s caught between living up to her family’s expectations and unravelling a tangled web of lies.
Ulajh boasts an impressive ensemble cast, including Gulshan Devaiah, Roshan Mathew, Adil Hussain, Rajesh Tailang, Meiyang Chang, Rajendra Gupta, and Jitendra Joshi. With a gripping narrative penned by Parveez Shaikh and Sudhanshu Saria, and punchy dialogues by Atika Chauhan, also directed by Sudhanshu Saria, Ulajh has been produced by Vineet Jain and co-produced by Amrita Pandey under the banner of Junglee Pictures and is set to release on 2nd August 2024.
