Gauri Khan recently took to social media on Wednesday to share a glimpse of her latest design project: the new office space for her husband Shah Rukh Khan and Juhi Chawla’s IPL franchise, the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).

The photos showcase a workspace that seamlessly blends aesthetics with functionality, all wrapped in a vibrant cricket theme. Khan, a renowned interior designer with her own Mumbai-based studio, Gauri Khan Designs, established in 2013, captioned the post, “The new @kkriders office has the elements that are decorative and functional… and all things cricket.”
This reveal comes shortly after KKR secured their IPL championship title with a dominating win against the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the finals on May 26. The excitement of the victory was palpable, with Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri cheering alongside their children Aryan, Suhana, and AbRam Khan. Following the win, the team owner even joined the players for a celebratory victory lap around the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Shah Rukh Khan is slated to star in Sujoy Ghosh’s upcoming film titled King. This highly anticipated project is also expected to feature Khan’s daughter, Suhana, marking her big-screen debut. The film will see Abhishek Bachchan portraying the antagonist.
King is a collaborative effort between production houses – Marflix Pictures spearheaded by Siddharth Anand and Shah Rukh Khan’s own Red Chillies Entertainment. Production is expected to begin later this year, with a theatrical release targeted for sometime in 2025 or early 2026.
