Popular downtown Palm Springs restaurant Lulu California Bistro was closed by Riverside County health inspectors earlier this week due to a cockroach infestation, according to a report conducted Tuesday.

The county report states the inspector’s visit was prompted by a complaint received on July 12 for the restaurant, at which time cockroach activity was observed at the bar of the facility.
