R Madhavan, an actor and filmmaker who is normally fit and dashing, recently turned to social media to reveal the secret to his body transformation after gaining weight for his latest film, Rocketry: The Nambi Effect. In a post on X, the actor discussed his nutrition.

Madhavan responded to a tweet expressing worry about his huge weight reduction in just 21 days by sharing specifics of his training regimen and nutrition. He also mentioned that he was intermittent fasting and increasing his liquids consumption while trying to reduce weight. He also insisted on avoiding processed meals and eating his last meal before 6:45 p.m.
Intermittent fasting, heavy chewing of food 45-60 times( drink your food and chew your water) .. last meal at 6.45 pm .( only cooked food -nothing raw AT ALL post 3 pm ) .. early morning long walks and early night deep sleep( no screen time 90 min before bed) … plenty of fluids…

He repost the video and captioned, “Intermittent fasting, heavy chewing of food 45-60 times (drink your food and chew your water) .. last meal at 6.45 pm (only cooked food -nothing raw AT ALL post 3 pm) .. early morning long walks and early night deep sleep (no screen time 90 min before bed) … plenty of fluids .. lots of green vegetables and food that is easily metabolized by your body and healthy. Nothing processed at all.ALL THE VERY BEST.”
While many of Madhavan’s admirers praised his physique change, others were concerned about the actor’s intermittent fasting, which, if not done carefully, might be harmful to his health. One person remarked, “When you are devoted to the process, it yields itself ????,” while another added, “You are what you consume. All that is required is regular, nutritious eating in the proper quantity and timing. Eat what your forefathers ate,” while another wrote, “Staying hungry/fasting is the most difficult endeavour. I haven’t been able to do it for the past five years.”

He had stated, “I conducted a lot of study to figure out how I might gain weight and then reduce it rapidly. The investigation lead me to a test called applied kinesiology, which shows everyone, every one of us, how we are intolerant to certain foods at any particular time according to our emotional state,” he added.
