According to Sotheby’s International Realty, the home is on a 1.19-acre lot and was built in 2020. The 8,747-square-foot home has six bedrooms, 6 ½ bathrooms and 18 rooms total.

Glenview Springs is in Glenview, Kentucky, a suburb of Louisville. The Jefferson County property valuation administrator has 10 properties listed in the neighborhood, with one being a developmental lot owned by Westcott Realty Group and Sienna Company.
