HEBRON, Conn. (WTNH) — State troopers are investigating after a bicyclist found crashed in Hebron Sunday succumbed to his injuries.
Troopers responded to the area of 667 Wall Street (Route 316) around 1 p.m. after a passerby noticed an unattended bike against a guardrail and a man with an obvious leg injury nearly in the woods nearby.

The good Samaritan applied a tourniquet to the man’s leg while getting others to help before first responders arrived.
Troopers said the man was transported to Windham Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

State police identified him as 38-year-old Cui Lin, with a last-known address in Simsbury.
