An archive clip of Kamala Harris introducing her pronouns and explaining she is a “woman in a blue suit” has been doing the rounds on social media after she was put at the forefront of the US presidential race.
The Vice President was speaking at a meeting with disability rights leaders in the 2022 clip, and conveyed to the blind people present her gender and what she was wearing.
Joe Biden has withdrawn from the race and endorsed Harris in a bombshell move.
Kamala Harris is now the odds on favourite to take the Democratic nomination despite her polling unfavourably amongst voters.
