Speaking of the professional front, Akshay was last seen in Sarfira, a Hindi remake of a critically acclaimed Tamil film. Despite creating a buzz, the film did not perform well at the box office. Before Sarfira, Akshay led Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, co-starring Tiger Shroff, Manushi Chhillar, and Alaya F. The action-drama also underperformed.
Coming to his upcoming projects, his kitty includes a diverse range of films. He will be seen in Khel Khel Mein, Sky Force, Singham Again, Jolly LLB 3, Hera Pheri 3, and the Marathi film Vedat Marathe Veer Daudle Saat.
