A newborn baby boy was found abandoned in a dumpster in the Gulfton neighborhood on Tuesday afternoon, Houston police said. Police were seen looking around a taco truck near Dashwood near Renwick. The manager of an apartment complex there said the woman who gave birth is an employee of the taco truck. Police did not confirm that and said Tuesday night they were still trying to determine the mother’s identity.
