A Leederville man allegedly smashed 63 windows of a local government building before claiming the local council “seized and destroyed his dog”, a court has been told.
Damien John Wright, 41, appeared in Perth Magistrates Court on Thursday accused of destruction of property, possession of testosterone and possession of a prohibited weapon.
