Perth’s affordable south-eastern suburbs recorded the lion’s share of the largest gains over the year, led by Armadale, then Camillo with Seville Grove and Kelmscott also rising by 35 per cent.

Meanwhile, large class sizes across Perth are driving parents to seek additional help for their children as wait times for tutors balloon across mathematics, English and science subjects, even for upper primary school.
