Subiaco survived a challenge from a spirited West Coast to breathe some life into their ailing season, beating the Eagles at Sullivan Logistics Stadium.
Leading by 31 points at the top of the final term, the visitors were able to cut the gap back to two goals but the Lions did enough to hold on for their fifth win of the season in a 16.11 (107) to 13.10 (88) result.
