For the first time since his emotional exit, Jack Wighton returns to Canberra and will face the team he played 242 games for when the Raiders play host to the Rabbitohs at GIO Stadium.
Wighton, who debuted for the Raiders and spent 12 seasons there, left the club in free agency to sign a three-year deal with the Rabbitohs.
Who’s winning the break-up? Well, the Raiders are at this stage, with Wighton’s departure opening the door for rookie gun Ethan Strange to strut his stuff.

MATCH CENTRE: Raiders v Rabbitohs scores, stats, live blog
If we’re talking ladder position, it’s about even, with the Raiders sitting in 10th on 22 points with the Rabbitohs in 13th on 20 points. If the Rabbitohs were to win tonight though, they’d jump above Canberra.
From a top eight perspective, both teams are up against it.
The Rabbitohs will need to win at least six of their last seven games to make the eight, while the Raiders probably need five to progress.
