Three civil services aspirants have died after the basement of a building housing a coaching centre was flooded following heavy rain in central Delhi’s Old Rajinder Nagar area. After the incident, an 18-second video showed the building flooded as helpless people tried to rescue those trapped. The person who shared the video identified himself as one of the survivors of the tragic incident. In the incident, three IAS aspirants– Shreya Yadav, Tanya Soni, and Nivin Dalwin– were killed.
