The Butte County Sheriff re-issued evacuation orders for Forest Ranch, California, as the massive Park Fire approached the town on Friday, July 26.

Footage filmed by Craig Philpott shows firefighters working to stop the fire from crossing Hwy 32 in Forest Ranch on Friday.

“Quick work with firefighters stopping the fire from crossing the highway and protecting nearby community,” Philpott told Storyful.

Fire officials said 3,722 personnel were working to control the fire, which had spread to 350,012 acres and was 12% contained as of Sunday, July 28.
