Aanand L Rai’s Colour Yellow Productions celebrated their production venture Good Luck Jerry starring Janhvi Kapoor in the lead, as it completed two years of its release. The black comedy received love and appreciation from audiences after it released on Disney+ Hotstar in July 2022. The film is an official remake of the Nayanthara starrer Kolamaavu Kokila. On this special occasion, the makers decided to share some fond memories of the film on social media.

The production posted two special posts as the film completed two years of its release. Both of the videos take audiences through a brief ride and showcases some of the funniest scenes from the black comedy. Taking to Instagram with an anniversary post, the production house stated, “Here’s to the chaos, the comedy, and the courage that made Jerry’s journey a rollercoaster ride! Celebrating #2YearsOfGoodLuckJerry <3” In another post, they talked about celebrating the characters and their quirks, the makers also shared another fun video talking about this story and the wild ride. “Swipe to relive the quirks and chaos of the characters that made this story a wild ride! ?? Celebrating #2YearsOfGoodLuckJerry,” they captioned it.
About Good Luck Jerry
With Janhvi Kapoor as the titular lead, the film featured Deepak Dobriyal, Mita Vashisht, Neeraj Sood, Saurabh Sachdeva, Sushant Singh in key roles. The film revolved around an innocent Brahmin girl who gets involved in drug trafficking racket in order to earn money for her family but uses her street smartness and wittiness to overcome several challenges which may land her in legal trouble.
