Janhvi Kapoor played a never-seen-before role in the recently released Ulajh, sparking curiosity among fans. While the film has been in news ever since its announcement, it released in theatres this Friday, on August 2. Arjun Kapoor who attended the premiere of the film which was held a day before the release seems to be in awe of not just the movie but also the performances and penned a heartfelt review of the same.

After watching the film at the premiere in Mumbai, the actor took to the social media platform to express his pride over his sister’s performance and also appreciated the film and its team for their hard work. Arjun Kapoor penned the review on his Instagram story saying, “’Ulajh’ is an engaging spy drama with standout performances by every character in the film. It’s a captivating film that masterfully intertwines complex narratives. Proud of you @janhvikapoor for always selecting different material and complex characters. Espionage done right. About Ulajh
Ulajh is the story of a government officer Suhana Bhatia (Janhvi Kapoor) who gets promoted as the youngest Deputy High Commissioner for the Indian embassy in London. While she deals with new changes and the intricacies of a high-profile, sensitive job, an emotional decision leads to her getting entangled in a dangerous conspiracy that threatens to bring her professional and personal life to an end. Also starring Gulshan Devaiah, Meiyang Chang, Roshan Mathew, Adil Hussain in pivotal roles, the film is directed by Sudhanshu Saria and produced under the banner Junglee Pictures.
