Priyanka Chopra has published the trailer for Nick Jons’ upcoming film, The Good Half. In an Instagram post, she also commended her husband’s performance and the film as a whole.
Priyanka Chopra raves about Nick Jonas performance in ‘The Good Half’ trailer, calls him ‘Phenomenal’
Taking to her Instagram post she captioned, “Cannot wait for you all to experience this beautiful, poignant, touching movie with incredible performances. I may or may not be slightly biased, but @nickjonas, you are phenomenal in this one. The Good Half coming to theatres near you on August 16th!!” Along with it, she shared the trailer of the film.
The official summary for the film reads, “Renn Wheeland (Nick Jonas) returns home to Cleveland for his mother’s funeral. Once there, he forges new relationships while healing old ones (featuring co-stars Brittany Snow, David Arquette, Alexandra Shipp, Matt Walsh and Elisabeth Shue), before confronting his problems and trying to face his grief.”
The Good Half, written by Brett Ryland and directed by Robert Schwartzman, premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival on June 8, 2023. Aside from Jonas, the picture stars Brittany Snow, David Arquette, Alexandra Shipp, Matt Walsh, and Elisabeth Shue.
On the work front, Priyanka has been filming The Bluff in Australia. The film, set in the nineteenth century Caribbean, tells the story of a former female pirate played by Priyanka. The female pirate’s aim is to safeguard her family. The film was produced by the Russo Brothers’ company AGBO Studios and Amazon MGM Studios. She will also appear in Heads of State, opposite John Cena and Idris Elba.
