Salman Khan, who is close to his sister Arpita Khan Sharma, frequently expresses his affection for her. Salman’s sister, Arpita, became a year older today (August 3), and the superstar made sure to attend her celebration.

Arpita held a cake-cutting ceremony last night in front of Salman, her family, and friends. A photo of her celebration caught our eye on Instagram, courtesy of their close friend, actor Riteish Deshmukh.
Riteish used Instagram to broadcast a video of Arpita Khan Sharma’s birthday celebration. In a video posted to his Instagram account, Arpita is seen cutting her scrumptious birthday cake with her husband, actor Aayush Sharma, and their son, Ahil.
Salman is standing close to Aayush, taking part in the happy occasion. Salman and Arpita’s brother, Sohail Khan, is also present.
Riteish is behind the camera, filming the footage. We can also see his wife, actress Genelia D’Souza, standing in the back. All of the guests chant ‘Happy Birthday’ to the birthday girl.
The video ended with Arpita cutting the cake and serving it to her husband Ayush, sons Salman and Sohail, and mother Salma Khan. She eventually fed it to Alvira as well. Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza were also invited to the bash. Sharing the video, Riteish wrote, “Happy Birthday My dearest darling Arpita Khan Sharma- We love you!! Have a fabulous year ahead!!!!”
Arpita Khan married Ayush Sharma in November 2014, after years of courtship. The couple welcomed their son Ahil in March 2016 and daughter Ayaat in December 2019.
Salman Khan, on the other hand, will be next seen in the film Sikander, directed by AR Murugadoss. Rashmika Mandanna is also set to appear in the flick.
