North Korean leader Kim Jong Un visited an air force unit and praised pilots for helping rescue flood victims, the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported early on Saturday. Kim also lashed out at “enemies” and said that he would not give up national defence for aid, after South Korea recently offered help to North Korea after reports of floods on its border with China.
