El Paso, Texas (KTSM) – Good Afternoon El Paso, we are on to a hot start.
No heat advisory has been issued at this time, however, it is important to stay hydrated no matter what. Prioritize your health first, always.
On Sunday we have a slight chance of getting a break from the heat. Let’s jump right into the weather.
We are forecasting Sunday to warm up to 100 degrees. There is a 20 percent chance of isolated storms beginning in the afternoon. Those storm chances have the possibility of making way into the evening. Sunday’s overnight low is expected to sit at 79 degrees.
Sunday’s warm evening can also bring us significant humidity.
Sunny skies and light winds are predicted for Monday with a high of 101 degrees.
No significant weather conditions are in the forecast, though it is important to be mindful to keep yourself cool on these hot days. Some tips to consider include wearing light clothing, take frequent breaks when outdoors, wear sunscreen and ensure to bring water with you wherever you go.
Once again, we are in for a sunny day on Tuesday. Our high is forecast to reach 100 degrees with an overnight low of 76 degrees. Tuesday night is one of the coolest evenings out of our 9-Day Forecast.
We repeat the same sunny weather pattern we have been seeing for both Monday and Tuesday. You guessed it! Wednesday is forecast to consist of sunny skies and a predicted high to warm up to 102 degrees. 77 degrees is our expected Wednesday overnight low paired with light winds.
It’s getting hot in here! 103 is the forecast high for Thursday.
There is some good news for Thursday though. Rain.
Thursday is expected to start off rather dry and hot. Things can take a turn in the afternoon as we forecast 20 percent chance of isolated storms. Storm chances have the possibility of sneaking their way into the evening. Our overnight low is predicted to sit at a very warm temperature of 78 degrees.
Friday brings us sunny skies, light winds and hot temperature’s once again. If your new to the El Paso area, yes, the weather here has a mind of its own.
We can expect our Friday high to reach 100 degrees paired with very light winds ranging from 5 to 10 mph.
Hello double digits! At least for Saturday.
As we make our way into the weekend, we can expect to see our skies fill up with some really awesome fluffy clouds. Additionally, our Saturday high is forecast to warm up to 99 degrees paired with an overnight low of 76 degrees.

Sunday, 100 degrees is the forecast high. Another day where there is nothing major to report at this time. Sunny skies and light winds are to be a factor for the day. Saturday’s evening temperature cools off to 77 degrees.
Now to the cherry on top of our forecast, Monday!
Our forecast for Monday is expected to include possible moisture. There is a 15 percent chance of afternoon storms paired with a high of 99 degrees.
Chance remains slim at this time, there is still the probability of storm chances increasing as we inch closer to Monday.
