GAYLORD — Members of the Downtown Merchants Association (DMA) will sponsor the annual sidewalk sales promotion on Friday, Aug. 9 and Saturday, Aug. 10.
Local merchants will showcase some of their best prices of the season outside so shoppers can enjoy the summer weather while searching for a bargain. Additional merchandise and sales can also be found inside participating stores. Hours will vary by location with many merchants open from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m.
The DMA is a group of actively involved business partners who strive to enhance the downtown experience for shoppers, diners, residents and visitors. The DMA regularly hosts events in downtown Gaylord, which can be found at downtowngaylord.com/calendar.
