Historic rainfall and flooding from Tropical Storm Debby along the southeastern states will continue to push up through portions of Mid-Atlantic States and southern New England through Sunday.
Heavy rains of up to 12 inches are expected to bring the highest flash flood risks across northcentral New Jersey and southeastern Pennsylvania.
Where is Debby today?
The center of Tropical Storm Debby is moving over southeastern Georgia and heading offshore later today toward the east and then north through Thursday evening.
Debby is expected to strengthen while offshore.

The National Hurricane Service is forecasting the storm track to move back inland over South Carolina on Thursday.
Debby is expected to potentially bring historic rainfall totals up to 30 inches and catastrophic flooding across portions of Georgia and the Carolinas. But it won’t stop there.
When will the Northeast be impacted?
Up to 12 inches of rain is expected along the east coast through Sunday morning, resulting in flash and urban flooding and river flooding is possible, according to National Weather Service forecast.
Heavier rainfall totals are forecast over parts of northeast Pennsylvania and northern New Jersey. While it is expected to saturate the entire east coast all week, the highest risk areas for flash floods include all of central and northern New Jersey, and south eastern Pennsylvania.
