Tom Brady may be officially (twice) retired from the sport of football, but the NFL icon is staying busy.
The legendary quarterback reportedly just signed a lease for 8,415 square feet of office space at The Well in Bay Harbor Islands in Miami Beach.
The commute to Tom Brady Enterprises will be geographically attractive, just about a 10-minute drive from the divorced dad of three’s massive bachelor pad in Indian Creek Village, aka Billionaire Bunker.
The Well, “a wellness-focused” building to be completed next year, isn’t just about cubicles, coffeemakers and computers. There will also be 66 residences, retail shops, a juice bar, health food restaurant, fitness studios and private membership lounge.
The slogan for the posh Kane Concourse development — with locations in such hot spots as NYC’s Flatiron District, Los Cabos, Mexico and Toronto — is “Health has a new address.”
Within these sleek walls, Brady will help run his multiple companies, including TB12 Method nutritional supplements; Autograph signed collectibles; Religion of Sports, a documentary production company; and an eponymous sportswear and undergarments label (for which the hunk has modeled on occasion).
“The Well is truly an ideal fit,” said David Martin, CEO of real estate developer Terra. “Here, employees can seamlessly integrate work and wellness, benefiting from the array of amenities…a premium experience that blends luxury living with an unmatched professional atmosphere.”
