WINTERSET, Iowa – The search for a Winterset man who was reported missing in January has come to an end.
The Winterset Police Department said a welfare check was done on Joshua Graham-Caskey on January 18 after an incomplete 911 call was received. He wasn’t home when officers arrived, and neighbors told police they saw his vehicle leave the night before.

Evidence gathered in the case showed Graham-Caskey’s vehicle in Missouri and Oklahoma on Jan. 18.
On Tuesday, the WPD said the Howard County Sheriff’s Office in Arkansas was contacted on August 4th about a vehicle found submerged in Gillham Lake. A dive team assisted in recovering the vehicle and it was identified as Graham-Caskey’s and his body was located inside. The lake is about 40 minutes east of the Oklahoma border.
Officials also found video of Graham-Caskey at a gas station in Mena, Arkansas from January 19.
The Howard County Sheriff’s Office says there is no evidence of foul play.
