Taiwanese shipping firm Yang Ming Marine Transport Corp said one of its cargo ships caught fire on Friday at China’s Ningbo-Zhoushan Port. Earlier, Chinese state media said an explosion was reported at the port and shockwaves were felt a kilometer (0.6 miles) away.
Reuters was able to confirm the location of this video from nearby buildings, signage, river, and infrastructures at the port match the satellite imagery and street view image. The logo on the cargo ship matches the file image. The date was verified by the timestamp on the video.
