Waco, Tx (FOX 44) –UPDATE: One of two women arrested in 2018 and accused of providing alcohol and having sex with 14-year-old boys was found guilty Thursday of sexual assault of a child, the given probation.
Stephanie Olivarez, who was 32 years old at the time of the investigation and her arrest, was tried in 54th District Court.
First Assistant District Attorney Ryan Calvert said the same jury sentenced her to six years in prison probated for ten years, meaning she will be on probation for ten, but if she violates the conditions, the judge cold sentence her to a maximum of six years actually behind bars. She was also assessed a $10,000 fine.
Robinson police started their investigation into the allegations in August of 2018, when a woman came to the police station to report her 14-year-old son was sexually assaulted by someone that he knew at a home in Robinson.
In that case, during a forensic interview at the Advocacy Center he told of being given alcohol then of engaging in sexual activity, saying he was told not to tell anybody about it.
Police Chief Phillip Prasifka then said at that time the same day a man came to the police station to report he was sexually assaulted by someone he knew.

In that case, the father alleged the incident occurred at a another residence in Robinson.
The man’s 14-year-old son was also interviewed at The Advocacy Center and described how on or about April 19, 2018, Olivarez provided him with alcohol and had sex with him.
Police say that two other men were identified as being at the residence on that same day, later telling police they were given alcohol by Olivarez and another woman at that time.
