Woman finds WWII-era message in a bottle in Hurricane Debby aftermath – MASHAHER

Suzanne Flament-Smith was cleaning up trash in Tampa Bay, Florida on August 7 after the devastating passage of Hurricane Debby. Among the debris she found a message in a bottle, dated March 4th, 1945 and emblazoned with a US Navy letterhead.
