Fardeen Khan, who is set to make his much-anticipated return to the silver screen after 14 years with Khel Khel Mein, on Tuesday gave fans a glimpse into the journey behind the making of the film. Sharing a heartfelt post on social media, the actor reflected on the process of bringing the characters to life, the camaraderie on set, and the excitement leading up to the film’s release.

In a candid Instagram post, Fardeen shared his thoughts on the initial script reading sessions, describing them as a magical experience where the story first began to take shape. “The first reading. The script is the star, the director our compass, and as each actor takes their turn reading, bringing characters to life for the very first time, it’s like meeting new friends—some you instantly connect with, others take a little longer to understand,” he wrote.
Fardeen captured the essence of those early days, highlighting how the energy in the room shifted as the cast collectively realized they were part of something special. The actor also delved into the transition from the script table to the film set, likening it to stepping into a new world filled with endless possibilities. “Every scene is a new adventure, and every take a chance to discover something new about the character, the story, and even yourself,” Fardeen explained. “The camaraderie among us grew stronger with each passing day, making the set feel less like a workplace and more like a playground.”
As Khel Khel Mein approaches its release date, Fardeen expressed a mix of pride, excitement, and nostalgia, acknowledging the bittersweet nature of wrapping up such an incredible journey. He shared the emotions that come with seeing the final product and the anticipation of how the audience will receive it. “Finally, after months of hard work, it’s time to share our creation with the world. It’s the moment you see how your work has touched people, how your characters might have found a place in people’s hearts,” he reflected.
Fardeen ended his post with an invitation to fans, eagerly awaiting the film’s release on August 15. “There’s pride, excitement, and sometimes a bit of nostalgia as you realize that this incredible journey is nearing its end. But the best part? It’s not really over—because now, the audience becomes a part of the story, and we carry their love in our hearts.
