Throughout the last 39 seasons, “The Challenge” has seen its fair share of badass competitors, master strategists and truly impressive gameplay. For Season 40, “Battle of the Eras,” MTV gathered 10 players from each era — seasons 1-10, 10-20, 20-30 and 20-39 — for the ultimate competition.
With the iconic season, it felt like a good time for a ranking. Only looking at this season’s cast, below is the ranking of players from best to… least best. (Who wants to say worse, when even the bottom people on this season are such incredible competitors?) As a reminder, a ranking is a personal opinion and multiple factors go into these. Yes, we’re looking at how many challenges each person has competed in versus won, but we’re also looking at strategy, politicing, daily competitions, eliminations, overall gameplay, etc.
