ADRIAN — According to a Michigan State Police news release, human remains were found on the Lenawee County property belonging to Dale Warner. Warner’s wife, Dee Warner, has been missing since April of 2021. During the execution of a search warrant on property the remains were discovered by MSP Special Investigation Section. A positive identity of the remains is pending, according to the release.
Dale Warner has been charged with open murder and tampering with evidence. He is being held in the Lenawee County Jail on a $15 million bond. His next court date is a pretrial hearing Sept. 4 in Lenawee County Circuit Court.
