Embattled Carlton has made six changes ahead of its fate-deciding meeting with West Coast at Optus Stadium.

The Eagles (5-16, 71.7%) are riding a two-game winning streak after downing Gold Coast and North Melbourne in back-to-back thrillers.

Meantime, those Blues (12-9, 107.4%) go into Optus Stadium with everything on the line after losing five of their past six matches to fall to ninth on the ladder.
