WA Police Union members have roundly rejected their latest pay offer — with union bosses calling it disrespectful and insulting.

Earlier this month, the union said it had received an offer from WA Police for a 5 per cent rise in the first year, followed by a 3.5 per cent increase the year after and a 3 per cent rise in the third year.
