According to the Vacaville Police Department, the mountain lion was spotted in downtown Vacaville on a resident’s surveillance camera between West Street and Cernon Street around 2 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 17

Police added the lion was briefly seen in a parking lot in the area before wandering off the surveillance camera’s view.
