Cleveland Heights police shut down street, ask residents to stay in homes – MASHAHER


CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio (WJW) — An ongoing “operation” has shut down the 2000 block of Staunton Road, the city of Cleveland Heights reported Saturday evening.

Around 6 p.m., the city said law enforcement agencies have blocked off traffic in the area and are asking people who live nearby to stay home.

All residents are asked to maintain a safe distance from the area. It is not yet clear what led to the shut down, but the city said the operation is ongoing.
