CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A man has been charged with felony secret peeping after someone witnessed him allegedly secretly taking a photo of a teen girl at Bank of America Stadium, according to court documents and the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.

The report states the incident happened around 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 24, during Charlotte FC’s match against the New York Red Bulls.

Brian Outland, 48, of Waxhaw, was allegedly caught taking a picture under a 14-year-old girl’s skirt. According to the Mecklenburg County Jail, he was booked around 1:30 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 25, and released about three hours and 15 minutes later after posting a $5,000 secured bond.

A Tepper Sports & Entertainment spokesperson told Queen City News, “We are aware of an incident that took place on Saturday night at the stadium. We are fully cooperating with local law enforcement and have no additional information to share.”

Coca-Cola Consolidated, who employed Outland, released this statement to Queen City News, stating, “We are aware of the allegation; however, it is not our practice to discuss personnel matters involving current or former teammates. All questions should be directed to local law enforcement.”

Outland is due back in court on Monday afternoon.
