A temporary road closure on a portion of Bear Valley Road in Victorville will be in place this week, city officials announced.
Crews making repairs will close westbound Bear Valley Road between Daisy and Monte Vista roads from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 28.
To maintain traffic flow, flaggers will be on the scene directing traffic to pass intermittently from the west andeast. Delays are expected.
Motorists are advised to use alternate routes and to avoid the area if possible.

Those who must travel in the vicinity are advised to use extreme caution and to obey all posted traffic signs, devices, and personnel.
