A Severe Thunderstorm Watch was issued for parts of Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont as severe storms moved across the Northeast on Monday. Footage taken by Ian Gifford shows a hailstorm hitting Essex County, located in northern New York, on Monday afternoon.
