With her husband, cricket player Virat Kohli, in London, Anushka Sharma shared a video clip from the series on Instagram Stories, writing, “So much history, but also, wisdom in this docu series.”

This three-part series explores how Salim-Javed’s dynamic writing and the iconic “Angry Young Man” persona reshaped Hindi cinema in the 1970s. It highlights their contributions to blockbuster films like Sholay, Deewaar, and Don, which captivated audiences and left a lasting cultural impact. The series features insights from Salim Khan, Javed Akhtar, and other notable figures in the industry, providing an intimate and candid examination of their lives, their collaborative writing process, and their enduring legacy.
Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli are currently enjoying a peaceful life away from the spotlight in London. Recently, they were spotted shopping in the city, and a video of them strolling down the street quickly went viral on social media. On the work front, Anushka Sharma will soon be seen in Chakda Xpress, a biopic about the renowned cricketer Jhulan Goswami. This will be her first film role in six years, following her last appearance in Zero, where she starred alongside Katrina Kaif and Shah Rukh Khan. The upcoming sports drama will be available on Netflix, but as of now, no release date has been announced.
