Three men have been charged after a 32-year-old woman was stabbed while attending Notting Hill Carnival with her young child.
The Metropolitan Police said the woman remains “fighting for her life” in hospital after being injured at the west London event.
Shakiel Thibou, 20, of Hammersmith, was charged with attempted murder, violent disorder and possession of an offensive weapon. His brothers, Sheldon Thibou, 24, and Shaeim Thibou, 22, both of Fulham, were also charged over the same incident, including with violent disorder and assaulting an emergency worker.
They were all remanded into custody to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court later.
