Russians repeatedly bombed a substation in Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk region on Monday, causing a fire and sending billowing black smoke high into the sky. It is the latest in a series of Russian attacks on Ukraine over the past few days and particularly its power grid – have been frequent targets.
