A 30-year-old man has fronted court after he allegedly drove on the wrong side of the road with kids in the car while being chased by a police chopper south of Perth, causing vehicles to crash to avoid him.
Charles Steven Pickett was found hiding in a bin after the terrifying mayhem finally came to an end, police allege.
