(FOX40.COM) — A Cameron Park man who went missing while kayaking with his family on Monday has been safely located, according to Metro Fire of Sacramento.
The 57-year-old man was on Lake Natoma with his family when he was reported missing and a search was launched with resources from Sacramento and El Dorado counties.

Around 6 a.m. on Tuesday, Metro Fire shared that the man was found wandering around a grocery store in El Dorado Hills.
He was spotted by deputies with the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office following the issuance of the missing person report.
Metro Fire says that the man is now safe and at home.
