Mets second baseman Jeff McNeil is expected to miss the remainder of the season after he suffered a right wrist fracture during Friday night’s game against the Cincinnati Reds.
McNeil was set to undergo further testing on Saturday after being hit by a pitch square on the wrist in the bottom of the fifth and unfortunately that confirmed the worst.
