NAIROBI (Reuters) – The ex-partner of killed Ugandan athlete Rebecca Cheptegei who allegedly doused Cheptegei in petrol and set her on fire has died in hospital from burns sustained during the attack, Kenya’s The Star newspaper reported on Tuesday.
