GLENDALE, Colo. (KDVR) — A suspect is still at large after assaulting customers at a Panera Bread near Cherry Creek Parkway in Glendale.
Police said the suspect, identified as Isaac Ross, also known as “Kendall Ross,” came into Panera Bread and caused a disturbance by screaming and hitting items off the counter.

According to a witness and also the one who captured the video of the incident, it seemed like the suspect was demanding their phone.
“The suspect was yelling it at the workers and they were all super confused-looking and said, ‘We don’t have your phone,” said Natalie Wiersma.
When Ross threw something at employees, which police later said was a smoothie, the video shows customers trying to tell Ross to stop. Ross yelled a racial slur at one, before continuing to cause a disturbance.
Ross knocked everything off the counter, and one customer jumped in to try and get Ross to stop.
“The next guy then actually kind of saved that guy from getting attacked further and tried his best to hold them down,” Wiersma said.

Then the video showed an employee coming out from behind the counter getting involved and beating Ross over the head with a pan.
“My personal hero,” Wiersma said. “That I think was very effective.”
Eventually, Ross got away before Glendale Police arrived. Police said a short time later, Ross returned to the business, continuing to cause a disturbance again. During this second altercation, Ross assaulted an at-risk male victim, who received minor injuries as a result.
Officers are actively seeking information regarding the suspect’s whereabouts. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Glendale Police Department at (303) 759-1511.
