Trackhouse Racing’s Ross Chastain snagged the Busch Light Pole Award for Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series race at Watkins Glen International after topping the charts at 122.279 mph.
Martin Truex Jr. (122.052 mph), Shane van Gisbergen (121.864 mph), Alex Bowman (121.843 mph) and Austin Cindric (121.779 mph) rounded out the top five.

Reddick fastest in practice
23XI Racing’s Tyler Reddick topped the leaderboard in practice at 122.469 mph, besting Ross Chastain (122.337 mph) and Kyle Larson (122.296 mph).
Shane van Gisbergen (122.267 mph) and Denny Hamlin (122.015 mph) rounded out the top five.
