Hospital in Beirut Says It Is Operating at ‘Full Capacity’ After Pager Detonation Attacks – MASHAHER

A hospital in Beirut said it was operating at “full capacity” and has “fully mobilized” its staff after hundreds were reportedly injured in pager detonation incidents across Lebanon on Tuesday, September 17.

Video captured by X user @Bissan_Fakih and posted on Tuesday shows ambulances arriving at the American University of Beirut Medical Center.

The hospital said it has received over 190 patients and “is unable to receive additional casualties.”

At least nine people were killed and 2,750 injured in the attacks, Al Jazeera reported, citing Lebanon’s health minister.

Hezbollah said Israel is responsible for the attacks. The Israel Defense Forces did not release a statement on the incident. Credit: @Bissan_Fakih via Storyful
