Shout! Studios has appointed Max Einhorn to the newly created role of senior VP of acquisitions and innovations.
Einhorn will report into Garson Foos, CEO of Shout! Studios, and David McIntosh, executive VP of business and legal affairs.
In his new position, Einhorn will focus on content acquisition strategy and expansion, covering licensing, outright acquisitions, unscripted co-productions, creator content partnerships and new content development opportunities. He joins the acquisitions team and will collaborate closely with key executives including Julie Dansker, senior VP of streaming and content strategy; Jordan Fields, senior VP of acquisitions and originals; and Jeff Peisch, senior VP of programming and new business development.
Einhorn brings a decade of experience from FilmRise, where he served as head of content and later strategic advisor. During his tenure, he oversaw content acquisitions and production, contributing to the development of the company’s analytical content valuation process.
Known for his pioneering work in the generative AI space, Einhorn is also the founder of Dangerous Ideas, a consulting firm focused on AI’s impact in entertainment. His involvement in projects like “Our T2 Remake” and his advisory role with Calliope Networks underscore his expertise in this emerging field.
